Phosphate

Phosphate coatings are typically used as a stand alone coating or base coat for paint. Phosphate coatings provide greatly enhanced paint bonding on ferrous surfaces. As a stand alone coating, phosphate provides an excellent base for holding rust preventatives, lubricants and other supplemental treatments.

We offer both Zinc and Manganese Phosphate. A supplemental preservative treatment can be added using either oil or wax. Both Barrel and rack processing are available.
